We are currently seeking an Administrator to join us in Jersey.

About the role

The role involves working within a team supported and developed by the Senior Managers, Associate Directors, and Client Directors.

Our Administrators deliver standard processes and procedures, in line with Accuro procedures, using the Business Central system. They take direction from the team and are supported in their development with a career progression path that is limited only by their ambition and quality of delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To provide quality support to members of the team, helping them to administer a portfolio of clients.
  • Ensuring all business is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Accuro Trust and the rules, guidelines, and expectations of the local regulator.
  • Preparing and executing payments; drafting minutes as requested to assist administrators; completing forms e.g. FATCA/CRS and setting up activities in NAV for the team, assisting with clearing activities.

About you

  • Good technical knowledge of trust and company administration processes.
  • Self-motivated with energy and commitment to the role.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with both staff and external parties.
  • Methodical, thorough, and strong attention to detail.
  • Good time management/prioritisation skills to ensure that the client administration is high-quality and delivered by set deadlines.
  • Able to build respectful, productive and positive relationships with colleagues across the business.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment in which the trust and fiduciary business operates in and application of this to working practices.
