About the role
The role involves working principally for one significant and busy private office client to begin with. The Senior Administrator will support the Jersey-based Associate Director, Director and dedicated bookkeeper, as well as individuals in the London office in the day-to-day administration of the client group. The intention is to grow this dynamic team’s private client portfolio in the short to medium-term.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with the client’s private office team – carrying out requests, responding to queries etc.
- Liaising with banking providers and investment managers in the management of numerous bank accounts and investment information for bookkeeping team.
- Work collaboratively within the team to support strategic and operational objectives.
About you
- You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a close team, with a flexible, collaborative and hands on approach to tasks (which can be quite varied depending on the private client activity).
- Previous Trust and Company administration experience required.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Organised, accurate, prepared to take ownership of tasks and understand when to ask for advice or support.
- Able to manage your own time effectively and to follow tasks through to completion.
- Willing to learn, take direction and work collaboratively with other colleagues.
- Pro-active, self-motivated and solution driven.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
