Senior Client Accountant

We are currently seeking a Senior Client Accountant to join us in Geneva.

About the role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical guidance and development for members of the Client Accounting team.
  • Preparing financial statements for companies and trusts for audit or submission direct to client and regulatory authorities.
  • Participating and driving the enhancement of accounting systems and internal financial controls for clients.
  • Preparing ad-hoc cash flow reports and projections for clients.
  • Production of ad-hoc data extracts to facilitate decision making and production of periodic reporting to clients and/or intermediaries.

About you

  • You will have a minimum of 4-5 years’ successful experience in offshore trust and company accounting, as well as being professionally qualified, e.g. professional accounting/finance qualification (STEP or ACCA).
  • A good general knowledge and understanding of (UK) Tax matters and relating accounting issues are a significant plus.
