About the role

We are seeking a Trainee to join our successful Geneva team for a six-month period, providing support to the Relationship Managers, the Managing Director and the CEO.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team including updating and creating PowerPoint presentations for clients.
  • Creating and managing internal documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Monitoring the New Business pipeline and liaising with sponsors.
  • Populating new client information in the CRM system.
  • Liaising with relevant teams and individuals across the business, such as client facing teams, finance, compliance and HR where appropriate.
  • General administration where required.

About you

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career with excellent PowerPoint, Excel and relevant digital media presentation skills and eager to take on a new challenge. We are offering hands-on experience, guidance and support in a dynamic team. This is a created short-term role (six months) available to candidates based in Switzerland.
  • Our ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French as well as being creative thinker, quick learner, with good analytical skills with the ability to review and analyse data and identify trends.
